Looking for a weekend getaway, check out our cozy off-grid bush cabin nestled among gumtrees on our 100-acre property, bordering Shoalhaven River. Enjoy swimming, fishing, gold prospecting, and bushwalking. Our sustainable cabin features recycled materials, a slow combustion fireplace, queen and single bed, flushing toilet, outdoor open-air shower/bath and solar-powered lights. Ideal for camping enthusiasts, with additional space for tents or camper trailers (please book the rustic cabin camp site for these).  Dogs welcome on leads. 

You will also find a picnic table and fire pit outside where you can watch the bush TV.  There is a tap with drinking water, rubbish and recycling facilities. However, you will need to bring your own linen (sleeping bags, pillows, towels), torches and an esky.   A single burner gas cooktop and BBQ is available at the cabin with gas provided along with a wash up tub.  There is crockery and cutlery provided as well as with coffee & tea making facilities.

The track from our farm to river is recommended for 4WD due to sand and steep slopes.  It is approx. 2kms in length so makes a lovely bush walk or mountain bike ride (map provided in your accommodation). Our farm house is visible if you need anything, come up to the fence and our dogs will alert us, however far enough that you don't need to see us.  The area is yours to enjoy, we are a working farm with many animals.

Our farm is quite remote so no local takeaway services.  The Nerriga Hotel, is 14kms away, they serve lunch from 12-3pm Wed to Sunday or dinner on Friday and Saturday nights 6-8pm.  Coffee shop open from Wed to Sunday 9am to 11.30am.  Our closest towns are Goulburn or Braidwood, both 60km away, so you will need to bring all of your essentials.  Ice is available from Nerriga Hotel.

Games available upon request; giant jenga, Pétanque, checkers and ring toss.  Books available should you just want to read as well as a telescope for star gazing.  Lots of beautiful areas to explore.
